1. The news which is reached you by social media, if it is true it also publish in major news channels and their websites. Check the news in google with text. If it is true it will shows in top results.Also check the date which the article is published.
2. If the fake news in the form of image, you can use google image search using the link Google image search . It gives the sources of the image.
